Green Energy Trading aims to constantly offer new technologies that bring better efficiency, higher effectiveness and longer service life. One such novelty is the new series of solar panels, Canadian Solar 6.2, the successor to the CS 6.1 series. Come and take a look at this new technology with us.
New generation panels with year-round availability
The Canadian Solar 6.2 series brings many advantages. Thanks to the use of a different stringing than before, these panels have a lower current of under 11 A. This brings compatibility with 99.5% of all inverters and optimizers. The higher voltage is, in turn, optimal for use with water heating.
Another improvement is thicker glass, but the weight is still under 25 kg, and thus higher resistance to snow and wind loads, up to 6000 Pa for snow and 4000 Pa for wind. The panels have also been tested to withstand 35mm hail to meet the IEC 61215 standard.
The new series uses triple-cut cells. The main advantages are reduced resistance losses and increased output power, reduced hot spot effect, and improved shadow tolerance.
Canadian Solar is offering a longer product warranty on the new panel range, with a basic 15-year warranty and a 25-year warranty on residential roofs. The performance warranty is 30 years.
With all these improvements, the new CS6.2 product range has become the number one choice for insurance companies and represents a significant improvement for users.
